Underwoods Town & County are a long established, and reputable Property  Agent in Northampton and Wellingborough and the surrounding villages dealing with Residential Sales and Lettings.

We have built a team of dedicated property professionals whose passion for the industry and dedication to the company means that our client’s can be confident of dealing with a company who really cares.

As a family run business, we are conscious of the community in which we work and try to be involved as much as we can. We sponsor a local Sunday League football team, Underwoods Town and County FC and in the past we have raised funds for the cancer charity Marie Curie, and The British Heart Foundation by sponsoring and participating in various fundraising events.

Our Charity of the Year 2013 is The Cynthia Spencer Hospice in Northampton and the Underwoods Team are carrying out various fundraising events throughout 2013 in an attempt to raise £5000 by the end of the year.
